Program Description

CarMinds LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates a text messaging program (the "Program") that sends appointment reminders and promotional offers to individuals who have opted in.

Opt-In

By submitting your phone number through our SMS sign-up form and checking the marketing SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from CarMinds LLC at the phone number provided.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You can expect approximately 1–2 messages per month, though actual frequency may vary based on your interactions with us.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your specific plan.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of the Program at any time. Text STOP to the number you received messages from.

After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again the same way you did the first time.
